Atkins diet Program
The program of the Atkins diet is based on the principle of rotation of your body to burn fat instead of carbohydrates to obtain energy. is a change of life and not a diet, in order to keep the pounds off you must observe the recommended way to eat.
The main difference in other programs that allow this diet is to eat ie eggs, including beef, pork, Turkey, chicken, duck, wild game, beef & lamb also fish such as shellfish. Fats also allowed ie butter, olive oil & mayonnaise, certain cheeses also allowed.
You should drink lots of water, just de-caffinated coffee & should take vitamin supplements, including minerals.You must also exercise every day, you do not need to do a marathon, a ride ' you're encouraged to suffice. consume enough to satisfy your appetite, but you should not be overused.
You should not drink alcohol. I must not be fraudulent, it takes 2-3 days for the House to go from burning carbohydrates (in the form of glucose) for burning fat, so if you cheat behind on day 1.
It is not possible to eat:
Sugar on a form, the syrup corn, honey or maple syrup.
Milk or Yogurt-allowed a limited amount of cream.
Fruit juice Fruit &.
Flour products (bread, crackers, pasta, etc)
Seeds, or cereals.
Beans and legumes.
Starchy Vegetables or high sugar such as potatoes, corn, ignama, peas, carrots, Parsnips, beets &.
Sweet spices like most ketchups, balsamic vinegar sauce & bbq.
FRENCH dressing & thousand Island dressing.
Cottage cheese, fresh cheese & other farmers cheeses.

Several popular food allowed & you can have snacks between meals. No need for hunger and are encouraged to eat when hungry.

Should stick to the diet for good to disable unwanted pounds. permitted without changes or fraud days may not be suitable if you cannot go without coffee or alcohol.
South Beach diet plan
Similar to the Atkins diet program that changes the way you eat, while still allowing plenty of popular foods such as meat, eggs, fish & but you can also eat cheese & vegetables.
You can have 3 meals a day & even 2 snacks per day.You can also dessert & diet soda. any alcohol is not allowed for an initial 2 weeks, but after that you will be allowed to drink wine.After an initial 2 week starts when what you eat is limited you can start to remove some of your favorite foods back seafood. all about eating good carbs "instead of" bad "carbs.

You can find the first two weeks very hard due to what you can eat limited.
Zone diet program

The Zone diet regularly encouraged throughout the day & eliminates many jink foods such as sweets & chips.
"Area" refers to a physiological state, governed by the food they eat, located in a zone that is too high or too low.

Mediterranean diet program

Water & red wine (moderation) taken with meals.

None as such in addition if you can't get fresh fruit & veg.
Weight Watchers diet program
There are 2 main diet programs to follow, a system where are all the food in accordance with the calories, fat & fibre content. are allowed to use (or to) a certain number of points per day; the other program diet is a no points system which allows you to eat from a variety of wholesome food without having to count the calories.
The weight watchers diet can be followed online and offline, through regular meetings of local where you will receive advice not only & guidance but support & encouraging colleagues to weight watchers.

Concerning the system of points you can eat what you like, as long as you keep the number of points. meetings can help to keep you motivated.
Diet Program Con
Offline Meetings may not be practical for you the points system may leave you feeling hungry.
